People are often not failing because they lack ability.
They are failing because they are being measured incorrectly.
The modern world has become very good at identifying what is missing.
It has become far less effective at identifying what is present but misaligned.
This is why so many individuals:
- perform exceptionally in one context
- and struggle completely in another
Not because they changed —
but because the environment did.
